What methods of payment can I use to deal with DCB?
We encourage anyone who ships frequently to open a DCB account. This offers you negotiated price savings and the opportunity to pay by monthly invoice. Occasional shippers can pay by Electronic Transfer or Credit Card. For obvious reasons, DCB DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH.

What are your payment terms?
30 days from date of statement.

Can I receive invoices more often than once a month?
Yes, weekly or bi-weekly invoices are available on request. All account holders are invoiced electronically and receive their statements and invoices via email. This is a prompt value added service provided by DCB Logistics which ensures a quick turn around of all accounting documentation.
